What You'll Do
As a Night Shift RN, you will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive attentive, safe, and compassionate care throughout the night.

Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

Develop and follow individualized care plans.

Communicate important updates with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

Provide leadership and support to the nursing team.

Respond to patient needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve.
Qualifications

Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license

Strong communication and clinical judgment
