Resident Assistant – Assisted Living

Join our Assisted Living team as a Resident Assistant and help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for our residents. This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and looking to begin or grow a career in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Deliver meals, water, and linens to residents
- Answer resident call lights and phone calls
- Assist with resident transportation and daily activities
- Organize equipment and replace lift batteries
- Support nursing staff with non-clinical tasks
- Build meaningful relationships with residents through daily interaction
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
