About the Role
We’re seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our dynamic in-house rehab team. Work alongside experienced clinicians in a flexible, innovative, and evidence-based environment that prioritizes positive outcomes and patient-centered care.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, reliable, team-oriented PT
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited BS, MS, or DPT program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina
- SNF experience preferred, but not required

Experienced therapists, flexible scheduling, and excellent pay rates make this a great opportunity for a PT interested in becoming a part of a caring, innovative, and evidence based outcomes focused rehab team.
Qualifications:
- Must be flexible, a team player, reliable, and have a positive attitude
- Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited PT program
- Must have South Carolina Physical Therapist license
- Prior SNF experience a plus!
