The Palmettos of Charleston is seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing courteous assistance and performing key administrative tasks.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to type at least 45 WPM accurately

Professional, pleasant communication skills

Strong command of standard English
Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors professionally

Answer and route phone calls; take and deliver messages

Prepare basic correspondence and admission packets

Process payments, meal tickets, and petty cash

Handle filing, mail, and general office tasks

Assist with employee forms and documentation

Follow all company and center policies

Perform other duties as assigned
