Position: Medical Scribe - LPN
Work schedule: 8 hour shifts -Monday thru Friday!
Pay: Competitive Pay
Job Type: Full Time / Part Time

Responsibilities:
- Accompany medical practitioners during patient visits and record detailed notes
- Document patient history, symptoms, physical exams, and procedures
- Enter diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions into the EHR
- Review charts for accuracy and completeness
- Retrieve lab results, imaging reports, and prior records for the provider
- Assist with administrative tasks such as discharge instructions or referrals
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
