Director of Maintenance – Full Time
Location: NHC HealthCare West Plains
NHC HealthCare West Plains is seeking a skilled and dependable Director of Maintenance to lead and oversee the upkeep of our facility, equipment, and grounds. You’ll be a key part of our team, working closely with staff, patients, and families with tact and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:

Plan, direct, and supervise all maintenance activities for the physical plant, equipment, and vehicles

Train and manage maintenance staff

Maintain accurate records of work and expenses

Advise the administrator on maintenance needs for the building and grounds

Ensure compliance with local codes, ordinances, and safety regulations
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals

Strong knowledge of local codes and safety regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
