Director of Maintenance – Full Time
Location: NHC HealthCare West Plains

NHC HealthCare West Plains is seeking a skilled and dependable Director of Maintenance to lead and oversee the upkeep of our facility, equipment, and grounds. You’ll be a key part of our team, working closely with staff, patients, and families with tact and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, direct, and supervise all maintenance activities for the physical plant, equipment, and vehicles

• Train and manage maintenance staff

• Maintain accurate records of work and expenses

• Advise the administrator on maintenance needs for the building and grounds

• Ensure compliance with local codes, ordinances, and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals

• Strong knowledge of local codes and safety regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
