Position: Behavioral Health - House Supervisor (Day Shift)
Location: Center for Behavioral Medicine - Knoxville

What You'll Do

Oversee patient care and nursing operations during your shift

Respond to high-risk or complex patient needs

Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources

Support and guide nursing staff through coaching and training

Ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance

Act as the on-site leader for clinical and administrative needs
What You’ll Bring

RN license (TN) & BLS certification required

Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred
-
Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus

Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
-
BSN preferred, not required
