Wood Refinishing Technician
N-Hance is a national wood refinishing company based in Utah that is in need of local refinishing technicians. We use the latest technology to produce products and services that are not only different from our competitors but head and shoulders better in our customers eyes. We pride ourselves on revitalizing our customers worn out and old wood surfaces. When we’re done, customers fall in love with their kitchens, wood floors, banisters, mantels and vanities again.

Requirements:
We don’t have a stereo typical employee profile. In fact, we try to hire people according to their strength so that they can utilize those things that they do best. Some must haves would be; working with your hands, working in different job sites, being able to lift 25lbs. and, a love of seeing your labors create happiness with our customers.
Additional Requirements:
We’re not looking for a person who jumps from job to job, we’re looking for that employee who treats each job as a way to learn and grow. We expect our employees to become proficient and productive in their responsibilities so that they can be trusted to work independently. We expect our employees to take on additional responsibilities so that when they’re promoted they’re ready.
