As a Residential Service Plumbing Technician at NH Ross, you will be responsible for providing top-quality plumbing services in residential settings. Your duties will include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing installations, and conducting repairs on various plumbing systems, including sinks, faucets, toilets, and water heaters. A commitment to customer satisfaction, along with technical expertise and excellent troubleshooting skills, is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities- Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential properties.
- Install new plumbing systems, including piping, drains, fixtures, and appliances.

- Communicate effectively with homeowners to provide clear explanations of services and solutions.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to resolve plumbing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used in repairs.

- Proven experience as a residential plumber or in a similar plumbing role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs, and installation procedures.
