- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies.
- Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
