Job Overview

A leading autonomous ride-hailing company is hiring TeleOperations Operators to support its growing fleet of self-driving vehicles. In this critical role, you’ll act as the “human-in-the-loop,” monitoring vehicles remotely, taking control when necessary, and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of the autonomous system.

This role is perfect for candidates with strong technical aptitude, quick decision-making skills, and calm focus under pressure. You’ll be directly contributing to the success of one of the world’s most advanced AV fleets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee multiple autonomous vehicles in real time
• Provide remote guidance and control in complex driving scenarios
• Follow established safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Record and report performance metrics, system observations, and anomalies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, QA, and UX teams to improve TeleOps interface and tools
• Support testing, data collection, and analysis for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in operations or a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer proficiency and multitasking ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Calm under pressure with strong situational awareness
• Clean driving record and valid U.S. driver’s license
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Analytics, or related field
• Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or remote operations
• Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, or QA testing
• Familiarity with data analysis or metrics tracking
• Video game, drone operation, or simulation experience a plus

Available Shifts

Day: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Night: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
(Multiple schedule options available across Mon–Sun rotations)

Assessment & Screening Process

All candidates must complete the TeleOps Online Assessment:

• Stroop Test – Measures instruction-following, hotkey use, and decision speed
• Typing Test – Assesses computer proficiency (40 WPM required)
• Traffic Light Test – Evaluates decision-making under pressure (Level 3 to pass)
• Aim Trainer Test – Tests reflexes and hand-eye coordination (750ms or less)

Additional Details

This is a full-time, onsite position in Las Vegas, NV.
Training is 5 weeks (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) before moving to assigned shifts.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
