We are seeking reliable experienced Class A CDL Owners to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting ocean containers from the ports and rails in Houston to various destinations including but not limited Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Tennessee.

Key Responsibility

• Safely operate and maintain trucks.
• Perform pre-trip and post trip inspections as directed by law to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight while adhering to all traffic laws, safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain clear and professional communications with dispatchers, ensuring accurate logging and reporting of delivery times and any delays.
• Maintain a clean driving record, adhering to all local, state and federal regulations.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and electronic log accurately and promptly.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Valid Class A CD
• LApportioned plates (Highly recommend
• )Haz Ma
• tMinimum 2 year proven experience, preferably with experience in Port and rail movements
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in past 3 years
• .Familiar with and Understand DOT regulations and safety standards
• Excellent time management skills and reliability
• Be able to operate app for both dispatch and eld
