NGL Transportation LLC is headquartered in Phoenix, with terminal operations in Gardena, Riverside, Houston, Mobile, and Savannah. We are a growing logistics company committed to safety, compliance, and efficient transportation services across multiple regions.
We are looking for a Dispatcher Assistant to support daily dispatch operations at our Savannah Division. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal staff.
Responsibilities:
Support daily logistics and dispatch operations
Understand routing, load planning, and FMCSA HOS regulations
Manage drivers’ workloads and driving schedules
Enter new load PODs and update completed PODs
Input and maintain records in the TMS system
Communicate with customers and assist in resolving issues
Perform assigned tasks under the direction of the Primary Dispatcher
Respond quickly and effectively to operational issues as they arise
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Strong communication skills
Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to read and respond to emails
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
Passionate about logistics and transportation operations
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Salary : $17 - $20
