Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable.
• Implement cleaning procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure surfaces, floors, carpets, and furniture are spotless and sanitized.
• Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each guest stay.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain a fresh and inviting environment.
• Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans or maintenance routines.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs or special requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized cleaning schedule with effective time management to maximize productivity across multiple properties each day.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation procedures, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Skilled in floor cleaning techniques including floor care and outdoor work experience if applicable.
• Ability to perform dusting, surface cleaning, and detailed sanitation tasks with precision.
• Excellent customer service skills with clear client communication to understand preferences and address concerns promptly.
• Familiarity with laundry processes and handling cleaning supplies responsibly while adhering to safety standards.
• Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties within tight schedules.
