Location: New Mexico (Full-time, Permanent)
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 plus benefits

Role Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of a range of general radiology imaging systems. You will respond to scheduled and emergency service calls, troubleshoot technical issues, complete detailed service documentation, and serve as a trusted technical resource for customers. Travel is primarily within New Mexico, with occasional regional support as needed.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience servicing general radiology imaging systems
• Experience working on DR, CR, or portable X-ray systems preferred
• Technical diploma or equivalent in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and service reporting tools
• Familiarity with DICOM and PACS is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently in the field
