We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused professional to support the daily operations of our growing wealth management firm. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients while helping create an exceptional client experience through organization, communication, marketing support, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Welcome and assist clients in person, over the phone, and through email communication
- Create a warm, professional, and personalized client experience
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and follow-ups
- Assist with onboarding new clients and preparing welcome materials
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and meeting notes
- Organize client records and ensure all information is properly documented
- Support day-to-day operational tasks in a startup business environment
- Support compliance procedures and operational documentation
- Coordinate client appreciation events, educational seminars, and outreach initiatives

- Experience working with CRM systems a plus but not required
- Social media or marketing experience a plus but not required

Education
- College degree is not required

Compensation
- Starting salary: $40,000 annually

- Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
