We’re looking for friendly, outgoing people who enjoy starting conversations to represent NG Windows at local Costco locations and home events.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No high-pressure selling.

Your role is simply to start conversations with homeowners and connect interested customers with our team.

Paid training is provided, and no industry experience is required.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a growing company as we launch into a new market.

What You'll Do

As a Brand Ambassador / Customer Engagement Representative, your role is simple: start conversations and create interest.

You’ll introduce homeowners to NG Windows and help schedule appointments with our sales team.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging Costco members and event attendees
• Introducing homeowners to NG Windows products and services
• Generating qualified leads for our sales team
• Representing the NG Windows brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Helping create positive customer experiences at events and store locations
• Meet personal/BA team sales targets and lead quotas
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents when necessary
• Communicate with Lead Brand Ambassador weekly
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, or other members of the management team

Pay & Bonus Opportunities

• Hourly Pay: $18–$20/hour starting pay (based on experience)
• $16 for every qualified lead you generate
• Additional $50-$150 bonus when your lead becomes a sale

Example Earnings

Many Brand Ambassadors generate 5–10 leads per shift, which can add an additional $75–$150 per shift on top of hourly pay. Most of our reps make $750-$900/week!

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people
• Reliable transportation to Nashville-area Costco locations
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a background check
• MUST be comfortable, willing and able with working indoors and outdoors – rain or shine!
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs
• Professional appearance
• Comfortable standing and bending for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a safe and prudent manner, as trained without straining

Brand ambassador, event marketing, or customer engagement experience is a plus but not required.
