What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Office Front Desk Team Member position at Ng Dental Care?
Our practice is seeking a candidate with great interpersonal skills, strong integrity, good work ethics, punctuality, and attention to detail. We have a brand new state of the art facility.
We are looking for a person with strong computer skills and working with dental insurances. This position will be responsible but not limited to various administrative duties of a dental practice, which include, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting co-pays, recalls, scheduling, explanation of treatments and fees, handling multiple phone lines and general front office duties.
Preference for Bilingual: Spanish and English
Preference but not required for familiarity with Eaglesoft Practice Management Software
Cross Trained to work both front and back office dental duties preferred.
