- Experience leading finance teams, establishing financial policies, and implementing internal controls.
- Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS, tax considerations, and compliance requirements relevant to digital or media businesses.
- Comfort working remotely, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
- Track record of partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
