Bio

Billy Dinh is a photographer based in Brooklyn, NY.

He captures moments of everyday life and finds the beauty in the usual. His photos are presented almost as stills from something out of a movie or a dream.

He is mostly inspired by music, contemporary fine art, cinema and traveling.

The Moments: Around the World photo collection consists of 60 unique and candid moments from 15 of the 50 countries I’ve visited throughout my life.

This collection is carefully curated to encapsulate a wide variety of everyday life and the emotions it brings. You'll find that these include love, anger, longing, frustration, calmness, self-doubt, joy, sorrow, loss, confusion, and so much more. I’ve done my best to capture the spirit of each photo to represent its country.

In addition to what each unique photograph has to offer, the entirety of this series represents the many places, hours, and experiences that I’ve been fortunate enough to share. It is also a representation of my growth and my personal journey as a photographer and includes photos from the very beginning to the present.
