As an Entry Level Team Member with NFS Solutions, Inc., you will be a key player on our team by assisting customers, keeping track of accounts, and making sure every sales order runs smoothly. You will be responsible for providing strong customer service and sales support, working hard to keep customers happy, and contributing to the overall growth of our company. This is an entry level position where our senior team members will assist with teaching and training you on company procedures, customer service protocols, and sales strategies to help you be successful in this role.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Team Member:
- Engage directly with customers to listen to their needs, educate them on our available products, and offer in-person customer service and sales support
- Assist customers with analyzing plans and services, making appropriate recommendations, placing sales orders, and troubleshooting customer service issues
- Present yourself in a friendly and helpful manner when interacting with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention after sales are processed
- Work closely with fellow sales team members and internal departments, such as human resources and senior management, to ensure business operations run smoothly
- Shadow senior team members to learn the ins and outs of consultative sales, effective customer service, and team management
Qualifications of an Entry Level Team Member:
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, including retail or hospitality environments, is a plus but not required
- Warehouse experience is also a plus
- Hard-working, reliable individuals looking to start in an entry level role
