Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Working Conditions: Climate controlled office environment; occasional visits to client work sites that may not be climate-controlled.
Travel requirements: Minimal travel to client events and wellbeing team training.

The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- The Coordinator will project manage a broad range of onsite and virtual client wellbeing initiatives and events by identifying and securing health fair vendors including finding new vendors to keep events fresh and exciting, overseeing vendor logistics, communications, and post-event evaluations
- Support the Vitality & Wellbeing Solutions Practice by contributing to strategic program design, resource development, and the delivery of national Vitality & Wellbeing initiatives
- Partner with the Charlotte-based Senior Consultant in the planning, coordinating, and execution of wellbeing webinars
- Assist with the coordination and management of our RFP platform to connect clients with vetted wellness and benefits vendors, to ensure optimal utilization. Generate executive-level reports to provide insights on overall usage trends and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and maximize value
- Champion the NFP wellbeing initiatives to drive engagement and positively impact the health and wellbeing of NFP colleagues
- Provide project status updates to all relevant stakeholders, and see projects through to completion
- Assist with employee interest surveys and leadership surveys to support the wellbeing team in program design and strategy
- Conduct research on various wellbeing topics as needed and provide summaries to wellness team
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work independently and with teams, manage shifting priorities, and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to represent NFP professionally in person and virtually
- Strong project management skills, the ability to meet deadlines and work under competing pressures and expectations
- Knowledge of health care and/or wellbeing industry preferred
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across all organizational levels and with vendor partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Skilled in creating and managing digital content (PowerPoint, email templates, internal posts) and intermediate design skills (e.g., Canva)
- Familiarity with webinar tools and virtual event coordination
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and survey data to generate actionable insights
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CoPilot. Experience with Canva, Survey Monkey/SurveyGizmo/Alchemer is a plus
- Proficiency in applying generative AI tools to enhance research, communication, and wellbeing strategy development; ability to adapt to rapid advancements in AI technologies
- Experience with benefits and wellness program design is a plus

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Public Health, Health Promotion/Education, or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in event planning/coordination, marketing, promotions or similar field
- Prior wellbeing experience a plus
