  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, client, and activity records within the firm's ATS and CRM systems.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and follow-up.

Executive Search Support

  • Conduct market research, talent mapping, and candidate identification efforts.
  • Assist with candidate outreach, screening, and assessment activities.
  • Prepare candidate presentations, search updates, client reports, and search documentation.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and executive-level candidate coordination.
  • Assist with search strategy meetings, intake sessions, and client communications as needed.

Recruiting Operations & Internal Project Support

  • Assist with documentation, process improvements, training materials, and knowledge management initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, project plans, and cross-functional communications.
  • Participate in special projects supporting recruiting operations, process optimization, and business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with recruiting, sourcing, sales, and operational leaders to support overall team objectives.

Collaboration & Business Development Support

  • Partner with colleagues across Talent Solutions, Search, Staffing, and RPO teams on shared initiatives.
  • Support business development efforts through candidate market intelligence, talent insights, and networking activities.
  • Represent the organization professionally in client interactions, industry events, networking functions, and recruiting communities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on client service and operational excellence.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-directed, adaptable, and eager to learn new recruiting disciplines and business functions.
