As NFMSS continues its national expansion, we are seeking dynamic and visionary leaders to serve as Regional Directors in key states across the country.

The Regional Director serves as a key member of the NFMSS leadership team and is responsible for overseeing organizational growth, membership development, strategic partnerships, and program implementation within their assigned region.
Regional Directors will work closely with schools, athletic directors, coaches, community leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to expand the NFMSS footprint while supporting the development of student-athletes and middle school athletic programs.
- Lead the expansion of NFMSS throughout the assigned region
- Recruit and support State Directors and local leadership teams
- Assist with the implementation of national initiatives and programs
- Promote the NFMSS mission and vision throughout the region
- Recruit schools, athletic programs, and districts into NFMSS membership
- Develop relationships with athletic directors, principals, and school leaders
- Support member retention and engagement efforts
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Establish relationships with community organizations, businesses, healthcare systems, and corporate sponsors
- Develop strategic partnerships that support NFMSS programs and initiatives
- Assist with sponsorship acquisition and community engagement efforts
- Support the planning and execution of regional and state championships
- Coordinate leadership summits, recognition programs, and special events
- Assist with athlete, coach, and school recognition initiative
- Serve as an ambassador for NFMSS within the region
- Represent NFMSS at conferences, meetings, networking events, and community functions
- Promote NFMSS programs through community outreach and relationship-building efforts
- Develop regional growth strategies and performance goals
- Provide leadership reports and recommendations to national leadership
- Collaborate with other Regional Directors and State Directors to ensure organizational success
