Business Unit: United Maintenance  

Report to: Supervisor, General Manager

Job Summary:

• Maintain and clean all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as well as entire kitchen areas always keeping up OSHA standards.        

Responsibility/Duties:

• Assume 100% responsibility for cleanliness of wares
• Daily ware washing and storage of F&B items in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain par levels of service ready wares on a consistent basis
• Adhere to practices that maintain the highest level of health, hygiene, and safety
• Maintain general cleanliness of all kitchen areas
• Load, run, and unload machines
• Report any mechanical problems to manager immediately
• Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
• Monitor machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle

Qualifications:

• Ability to take direction and ask questions if needed
• Ability to reach/bend/stoop and frequently lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in standing position for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
