We are seeking a Pittsburgh-based, Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual assets across print, digital, and experiential media. Key Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Create compelling visuals for print, digital, web, social media, and experiential.
- Brand Development: Contribute to identity design, including logos, colors, and brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with art directors, copywriters, developers, and account teams.
- Digital & Motion Design: Develop assets for digital advertising, UI/UX layouts, and motion graphics.
- Production & Print: Ensure final files meet technical specs for both digital and print production.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Adapt designs based on strategic objectives, user behavior insights, and client feedback.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current on design trends, typography, and emerging creative technologies.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design within an agency or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma, After Effects, and motion design is a plus.
- Strong grasp of branding, typography, composition, and user-centered design.
- Experience with print production, color management, and material specs.
- General familiarity with AI-assisted creative workfl ows and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and incorporate feedback eff ectively.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Time Entry: Required weekly for project and budget tracking.
- Purchase Orders (POs): Responsible for processing purchase orders as needed.
- Invoicing: Responsible for submitting invoices as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor to support creative and business objectives.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
