Overview /Objective
The NFL Global Security Operations Center (NFL GSOC), located at NFL Films in Mt Laurel, New Jersey, is the NFL’s trusted central point of coordination for physical and cyber security threat monitoring; and the collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence for NFL decision makers to prevent, protect, and resolve any threats against NFL equities and interests globally. The NFL GSOC is a critical component of the NFL Security Department, providing intelligence support to League operations to ensure the League maintains proactive posture to address current and emerging threats leveraging numerous technological capabilities. The Operations Coordinator will help to coordinate various functions in the GSOC, including but not limited to NFL Game Day coverage, investigative support, support of major events such as the Super Bowl, NFL Draft and others, as well as addressing security incidents affecting the League and its stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with various physical security technology systems including video management, access control, shot detection, camera analytics, mass notification tools and incident management systems to detect, facilitate and document the response to the potential security/safety incident.
- Serve as a key resource for the GSOC for both formal and informal requests for research, general inquiries, incident management and analytic support related to the NFL Offices (Domestic and International).
- Assist with GSOC functions such as managing the GSOC shared email account, intake and assessment of information received by the GSOC, social media monitoring, and producing well written documents.
- Support the Director, Global Security Operations Center and Sr. Intelligence Analyst to prepare regular reports on performance and development of the GSOC, identify areas of concern as well as opportunities to improve.
- Manage and update regular GSOC distribution lists, product templates, GSOC technology tools, SOPs, and products.
- Contribute and project management in the development of GSOC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policy, reports, statistical data, briefs, products, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between all internal departments and the Global Safety & Security team
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisors and/or Security leadership.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all employees and those requiring GSOC support or services to ensure there is a high level of customer service.
- Escalate issues as required to more senior-level management and/or client.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience working in a Global Security Operations Center, venue/building command center, emergency dispatch center, intelligence fusion center or similar command center environment.
- Experience in emergency management, public safety, intelligence, corporate/venue security operations, incident management, or supplemented by equivalent education.
- Strong computing skills and comfort with data input and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and services.
- Experience doing extensive research in support of projects
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or project manager.

- This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency.
