Content Creator

Brief Overview of Job: **Must have recent relevant Cheer experience**

MUST BE ABLE TO: Shoot Video, Edit, Plan and Execute

The Content Creator is responsible for leading by example the marketing team with all things related to design, marketing and social media through short form video all the way up to PSA length. The successful candidate will be a great designer, but more importantly, a great originator, collaborator and creator. This position reports to the Executive Creative Director

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create inspiring and innovative ideas for marketing material
• Translate marketing objectives into user experiences that are engaging
• Deliver high quality content for various marketing platforms through Video and Still
• Support photoshoots, marketing campaigns and events with planning, scripting and executing
• Collaborate with Graphic Designer, Social Media Coordinator and leadership on campaigns
• Develop branding elements for digital, print, social media and print materials from concept to production
• Be just as comfortable gathering content on a phone as a Sony, or DSLR

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, photography, etc
• RECENT Cheerleading/Dance experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and self starter
• Well organized and goal oriented
• Working knowledge of the athletic retail industry preferred
• High energy level
• Thinks outside the box
• Hyper acute awareness of details
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
