Responsibilities
- Performs various material handling duties manually or using a hand truck within the facility
- Loads finished product onto pallets or hand trucks as required
- Stacks skids or pallets in assigned storage or staging areas
- Loads and unloads freight in an efficient, safe, and accurate manner
- Picks and packs customer orders, assembling various types of merchandise for shipment
- Applies labels to shipments according to company and customer requirements
- Processes orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and completing shipment confirmations
- Verifies freight accuracy and checks for damage or infestation
- Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts as needed
- Uses RF scanning devices to support accurate inventory management
- Provides cleaning and sanitation services as needed, including sweeping floors, cleaning office areas, and disposing of trash in designated containers or locations
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area by following housekeeping and safety standards
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
