Awake Overnight Residential Counselor - Allenbrook Program

NFI Vermont’s Allenbrook program is seeking third shift residential counselors for our group home in South Burlington. Part-time position available.

Starting Pay: $20.50 - $23.00 per hour

Friday and Saturday nights 10:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m. with the option for additional shifts.

Responsibilities:
• Provide safety and supervision for residents during their sleeping hours
• Facilitate a comfortable environment for adolescent residents
• Collaborate with program team to provide residents with effective coping strategies, better understanding of their struggles, and thoughtful after-care planning

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth and/or adolescents
Or
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
