NFI North Array of Services is seeking an experienced and clinically adept clinician to provide high-level, home-based therapy and support for children, youth and their caregivers with complex needs, working with DCYF/DHHS referrals, involving family counseling, crisis intervention, and coordination with schools and other statewide providers.
This is a unique position in NFI’s expanding service array working with an integrated team that provides a wide array of therapeutic services to children, youth and their caregivers throughout the state of New Hampshire. At NFI North, we believe that everybody deserves to reach their full potential. As an in-home clinician you will have the opportunity to help children, youth and their caregivers achieve concrete youth and family-led goals within a short time frame.
Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related field required as well as having experience working with youth and families. NH license preferred. We assist those seeking licensure with supervision and training while employed with us.
This position offers the clinician bi-weekly individual supervision/coaching, on-going training and CEU’s, weekly peer group clinical meetings, and a monthly clinical meeting with both Maine and New Hampshire (cross agency) NFI clinicians/Clinical Case Managers as well as team consultations. This role includes a flexible Hybrid schedule with some weekends and evenings to conduct individual and family therapy. Reliable transportation needed for travel as indicated. On call is on rotation with the team.
