NFI North Transitional Housing a human service agency located in Concord NH is seeking Direct Care Residential Counselors. This program is a residential program that has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive care to adults with sustained mental health challenges.
NFI North is seeking Direct Care Counselors for Wednesday – Saturday Overnight shift and Sunday – Wednesday 2nd shift at our Transitional Housing Program in Concord, NH. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team.
Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and behavior.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with client population.
