Sidney Riverbend, an adolescent residential treatment program in Sidney, Maine, serving youth ages 10–20 who need a structured, secure environment, is hiring a Clinical Case Manager.
This person will provide case management services for the program including facilitating weekly treatment team meetings, group and family work, support in developing and implementing treatment goals, transitional in-home and community support and crisis intervention.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field. Community Based Behavioral Health (BHP) certified. LSW preferred but not required.
