What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tractor Trailer Washer position at NFI Industries?
The Tractor Trailer Washer will be responsible for keeping the company’s tractors and trailers in a clean state.
The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. - Spraying and scrubbing the interior of NFI trailers
- Spraying, scrubbing and rinsing the interior of NFI trailers
- Spraying, scrubbing and rinsing the exterior of NFI tractors
- Other duties as assigned
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc).
- Experience working with pressurized washing and cleaning equipment
- Must be able to track and record all tractors and trailers cleaned during shift
- Ability and availability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $22.00/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
