Responsibilities:
- Observe and Patrol- Conduct walking tours as an unarmed security guard.
- Loss Prevention- Help prevent loss from theft of persons or property.
- Monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage.
- Record- Preparing Activity Reports that include the name of the guard,
areas patrolled, and a summary of events
- Receive and record delivery of parcels and packages.
- Facilitate arrivals and departures of contractors, guests, and delivery
personnel.
- Advise residents and their guests of rules and policies.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
