We are a growing cable construction company seeking hardworking Laborers and experienced Equipment Operators to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a crew, and building essential infrastructure, we want to hear from you.
Positions Available
Laborers
- Assist with underground and aerial cable installation
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Perform job site cleanup and general support tasks
- Work in all weather conditions
Equipment Operators
- Operate machinery such as trenchers, plows, backhoes, and directional drills
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
- Follow project plans and safety guidelines
- Work closely with crew members to complete jobs efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in construction or utility work preferred (not required for laborers)
- Safety-minded and team-oriented
