Role Description
The Assistant Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH. This role supports day-to-day property operations, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, monitoring building systems, and ensuring common areas and facilities are well maintained. The Assistant Property Manager will assist with tenant relations by responding to inquiries, managing service requests, supporting lease administration, and helping organize tenant communications and events. Responsibilities also include processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial and administrative reporting. The role collaborates closely with property managers, vendors, and ownership to promote a safe, efficient, and positive environment for tenants and visitors.
Qualifications
