- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.
- Support client communication efforts by proofreading correspondence and ensuring clarity in all written materials.
- Provide administrative support to team members by handling clerical tasks like filing, document processing, and organizing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within an office environment.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills.
