Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Manage appointment scheduling for staff and maintain the calendar of events.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
