Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the production process and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Production Assistant, you will support the production team in executing various tasks to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization and execution of daily production activities
• Manage equipment and inventory, ensuring everything is in proper working order
• Support set-up and breakdown processes for filming and events
• Coordinate schedules and logistics for cast and crew members
• Help with location scouting and managing permits this includes assists with various paperwork
• Run errands and provide general support across departments as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film or production is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
• Knowledge of production equipment and software is preferred but not required
