The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment schedules, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for staff and meeting rooms.
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, distributing them accordingly.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or in a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
