Position Overview
As a Level 2 - Drive Cashier, you play a critical role in delivering fast, accurate, and friendly service through the drive-thru. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep orders moving efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Take drive-thru orders accurately while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and pour drinks according to company standards
- Verify all orders for accuracy before handing them to customers
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth order flow
- Maintain a clean and organized drive-thru and beverage station
- Provide friendly, professional service that creates a positive customer experience
- Assist with cleaning duties, including wiping stations, detailing, and trash removal
