Title - Python/Program Manager

Location - Redmond, WA ( Day 1 Onsite)


We are looking for an early‑career Technical Program Manager with a strong hands‑on Python development background to drive system‑level execution across firmware, OS, validation, and AI productivity initiatives. This role emphasizes automation, data‑driven program management, and cross‑functional delivery within firmware/BSP‑enabled systems.


Must‑Have Skills

  • Strong hands‑on Python developer background with proven coding expertise
  • Experience building tools, scripts, automation frameworks, or data pipelines
  • Comfortable writing, reviewing, and debugging production‑quality code
  • Career transition from Python developer to TPM
  • Working knowledge of firmware, BSP‑dependent systems, device drivers, or OS integration
  • Experience tracking and managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and release readiness
  • Ability to translate deep technical details into clear program plans, metrics, and status updates
  • Strong cross‑functional communication with firmware, OS, validation, and partner engineering teams
