Due to the new merger between Frontier Communications and Verizon, we're actively seeking top talent to join our team as a Client Account Representative. The Client Account Representative will take ownership of client interactions, represent brand standards, and contribute to performance-driven outcomes in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Represent client brands in a residential setting, ensuring messaging, positioning, and service standards are executed accurately.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and customers, managing interactions that directly impact customer acquisition and retention.
- Translate client offerings into clear, value-driven conversations that align with customer needs and drive decision-making.
- Support the execution of client campaigns and initiatives, ensuring goals and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Identify opportunities to improve client results, including customer engagement, conversions, and overall experience.
- Provide real-time feedback to leadership on customer responses, campaign performance, and potential areas of improvement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions to support client reporting and performance tracking.
