Responsibilities
- Help foster a culture of AI-first engineering.
- Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of engineers focused on building breakthrough technologies.
- Partner closely with product, design, and other functions to define and deliver user-first experiences.
- Drive development across our stack—from internal dev tools to customer-facing infrastructure.
- Ensure excellence in software architecture, reliability, and security as we scale.
- Own project execution, delivery timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
- Build a culture of ownership, quality, and velocity.
- Champion engineering best practices, including testing, observability, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Have led product or infrastructure teams that shipped real products used at scale.
- Can navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform.
- Understand (or are eager to dive into) distributed systems, cryptography, and blockchain protocols.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
