Part-Time Retail Sales Associate – Trading Cards & Collectibles
Nexus TCG & Collectibles | Danbury Fair Mall, Danbury, CT
Nexus TCG & Collectibles is looking for a dependable, friendly sales associate to join our team. We sell Pokémon trading cards, collectibles, figures, Funko Pops, die-cast cars, and more. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, pays attention to details, and can learn our store procedures.
Schedule: Approximately 20–21 hours per week to start:
- Thursday: 3:45–8 p.m.
- Friday: 3:45–9 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday availability is required. After training, there may be an opportunity to add a Sunday shift and other hours as business needs grow.
What you’ll do
- Help customers find products and answer questions
- Operate the register and follow cash-handling procedures
- Keep displays stocked, organized, and presentable
- Assist with inventory, pricing, and restocking
- Help keep the store clean and ready for customers
- Learn our products and store policies so you can work independently
What we’re looking for
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- A welcoming, helpful approach to customer service
- Careful attention to transactions and store procedures
- Ability to work the listed schedule, including Saturdays
- Retail or cash-handling experience is helpful
- Interest in Pokémon TCG or collectibles is a plus; we’ll provide training
