What You’ll Do:
- Manage and process customer invoices
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with project managers and accounting team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (construction industry a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
