Job Summary
Join an advanced manufacturing organization as a Photolithography Process Engineer supporting high volume wafer fabrication through process optimization, yield improvement, and production support. This role offers hands on impact in a fast paced fab environment, working closely with cross functional teams to drive stable, efficient, and scalable manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day to day process engineering support to high volume manufacturing operations, ensuring stable output, quality, and cycle time performance
• Own lot and equipment disposition decisions to maintain continuous production flow and minimize manufacturing interruptions
• Support equipment and process startups, experiments, and ramp activities during production scaling initiatives
• Lead and execute process improvement projects focused on yield enhancement, efficiency gains, cost reduction, and product quality
• Apply statistical analysis and structured problem solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate cross functionally with manufacturing, equipment, and technology teams to drive sustainable process performance
• Participate in on call or off shift support as required to address production escalations
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or physical sciences discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3 years of hands on engineering experience in a semiconductor fabrication environment, with a focus on photolithography processes
• Strong working knowledge of statistical process control, process change management, and manufacturing release strategies
• Experience supporting advanced technology nodes and complex patterning challenges
• Demonstrated capability in data analysis, modeling, and experiment design to solve manufacturing problems
• Familiarity with optical process optimization, reticle enhancement concepts, or lithography modeling tools
• Proficiency working in Unix or similar engineering computing environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes across multidisciplinary teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving production environment
