About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the vision and strategy for our professional services automation platform. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring we deliver solutions that truly transform how our clients operate.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for our automation platform
- Evaluate market opportunities and emerging technologies to guide product strategy
- Generate stakeholder buy-in and alignment across leadership and partner teams
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on business value
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Define and track key metrics to measure product success and adoption
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to drive product growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience driving product roadmap strategy and definition
- Track record of successful feature delivery and managing trade-offs
- Experience with technical products or professional services
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with professional services automation or enterprise software
- Knowledge of modern software development practices and APIs
- Experience with analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Background in building and scaling B2B products
- MBA or advanced degree
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $190,000
