Restorative Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:
- As a restorative aide (CAN), you will assist restorative nurses with restorative processes.
- You will help residents regain their mobility.
- You will help residents regain functional abilities.
- You will assist with care planning for your residents in accordance with the restorative nurses.
Restorative Aide (CNA) Qualifications:
- Current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois.
- Knowledge of restorative processes.
- No abuse records.
- Previous experience in a SNF setting.
- The ability to understand and follow written and oral directions.
- Ability to communicate and work well with residents and staff members.
